چکیده

Three-dimensional (3D) real scale models delivered from digital photogrammetric techniques have rapidly increased to meet the requirements of many applications in different fields daily life. This paper deals with establishment a 3D model block images (18 images) that were captured by using Canon EOS 500D camera cover test field area consisting 90 artificial target points, 25 them are ground control points (GCPs) while remains checkpoints (CPs). The analytical processes including calculation interior orientation parameters (IOPs) during calibration process, exterior (EOPs) each capturing, and object space (ground) coordinates calculated simultaneously based on collinearity equation bundle adjustment method (BBA). Assessment validation accuracy results is an important task this study was implemented determine analyze errors through linear regression analysis (LRA). Root mean square error (RMSE) statistical parameter used results. standard another which also evaluate locations rotation angles cameras. total RMSE (RMSE)xyz GCPs ± 2.530 mm (RMSExyz) CPs 2.740 mm. overall work 5.000

Automatic Camera Calibration in Close-range Photogrammetry

Automatic camera calibration via self-calibration with the aid of coded targets is now very much the norm in closerange photogrammetry. This is irrespective of whether the cameras to be calibrated are high-end metric, or the digital SLRs and consumer-grade models that are increasingly being employed for image-based 3D measurement. Automation has greatly simplified the calibration task, but ther...

Accident Reconstruction via Digital Close-range Photogrammetry

With the ever wider adoption of spatial information analysis, there has been an increasing awareness of the importance of 3D data acquisition systems to support traffic accident reconstruction and forensic analysis. In an application such as accident reconstruction, GIS and CAD systems have limited utility without the underlying data. Digital close-range photogrammetry displays many attributes ...

Digital Close-range Photogrammetry Using Artificial Targets

A procedure for an automatic search and measurement of artificial targets in digital images for elose-range photogrammetric applications is presented. Photographs taken with a sem i metric 6x6 camera were digitized by the "ASTROSCAN" at the Sterrewacht Leiden. The especially designed targets contain a circular barcode for automatic identification. It is shown that this procedure improves both p...

A New Camera Calibration Method Based on Orientation Points in Digital Close-Range Industrial Photogrammetry

In order to solve the restriction of the two common calibration modes applied in digital close-range industrial photogrammetry, a new camera calibration method based on orientation points was proposed. Firstly, image sequences were obtained applying a calibration plate with five orientation points. The ellipse detection criteria were applied to eliminate the redundant information from images af...

Performance Evaluation of a 33 Megapixel Alpa 12 Medium Format Camera for Digital Close Range Photogrammetry

The accuracy of object reconstruction was tested with two medium format cameras made by ALPA of Switzerland. Both cameras have been equipped with a 33 megapixel Leaf Aptus 75 digital camera back and a 47 mm focal length Schneider Apo-Digitar lens. The first test was carried out with the lens in “normal” position. In the second test, the principal point of another Apo-Digitar lens type was decen...
